On August 21, 2018, the employee job skill competition with the theme of "Show Professional Excellence and Create the Future with Passion", organized by the company's labor union committee and the management department, was grandly held in the grinding workshop of the component product line of the company. A total of more than 30 employees from this product line participated. The activity started at 17:30 in the afternoon. The whole activity was carried out in four parts: planning and approval, registration and review, on-site competition, and award presentation and group photo. The contestants, combining their daily work skills, launched a fierce competition around "clamping". In order to achieve good results in the competition, some employees gave up their rest time to practice diligently; some employees studied hard for tips and techniques. Everyone was eager to compete and show their elegance and realize their value in this competition. At the beginning of the competition, Supervisor Song, the judge, and the employee referee group participating in the competition vividly explained the competition rules. After two hours of fierce competition, finally, the referee group fairly and scientifically evaluated the competition results: In the APC group, Engineer Xiao won the championship, Engineer Chen won the runner-up, and Engineer Zhang won the third place; in the PC group, Engineer Zhou won the championship, Engineer Yang won the runner-up, and Engineer Ao won the third place. With their sweat and concentration, they strived hard to live up to expectations and outshine others in the competition.
At 7:50 am on August 22, during the department's morning meeting, Manager Zou, the person in charge of the department, and Manager Hu from the management department presented awards to the winning contestants. All the participating contestants and judges took a group photo. A total of 6 contestants received prizes and honorary certificates, and more than 20 contestants received participation awards. Finally, Manager Zou made a concluding speech. He called on all the employees in the workshop to take this job skill competition as an opportunity to quickly set off a craze of comparison, learning, catching up, and helping in other workshops, strive to master excellent skills, study job skills assiduously, rapidly improve production efficiency, ensure product quality and the achievement of various goals, and make positive contributions to the rapid development of the company. Manager Zou's speech won warm applause from the employees present. The applause shocked the entire workshop, echoed in the hearts of the contestants, and also marked the successful conclusion of this job skill competition activity.
