In order to strengthen the communication among various product lines and departments of the enterprise, boost the morale of all employees and enhance team friendship, at noon on June 22nd, a unique fun activity with the theme of "Warmly Welcome the Dragon Boat Festival and Enjoy a Happy Life" was held in the Gaonan TFC Optoelectronics Plant of the Jiangxi subsidiary of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. This activity attracted many employees from the product lines of Gaonan TFC and Jiangxi TFC. Everyone participated with great enthusiasm, and the on-site atmosphere was very lively.
This fun activity included three individual competition events ("Skillful Hands", "Sports Talent", "Qigong Master") and one team competition event ("Nailing on the Board"). The activities were easy to participate in, with interesting, exciting and fun processes. Both men and women could participate, attracting many employees to sign up. The activity site was bustling with activity, filled with continuous laughter, and the lively and joyful scene made everyone feel the festive atmosphere in advance.
A large number of "competitors" and spectators gathered at the competition site of each event. The colleagues of TFC were all unwilling to be outdone. They encouraged each other, competing fiercely with one another, and the sounds of cheering, encouragement and shouting rose one after another.
Among them, the team competition event "Nailing on the Board" was the most popular project in the whole sports meeting. In each competing team, there were three people in a group. Two people blew up balloons, and one person sat on a chair to burst the balloons. Everyone worked together and competed fiercely. The cheerleading team was also not to be outdone and did their best to cheer for them. The scene was filled with hearty laughter and applause.
The "competitors" on the court were competing nervously, and the onlookers beside them kept cheering. Completing the competition through team cooperation strengthened mutual communication. Everyone gained happiness through sports and enhanced their friendship, and the relationship among colleagues became more harmonious.
One participant said, "We are all quite busy with work usually and don't have much time to communicate with each other. This fun activity has relaxed both our body and mind, and I've also got to know some colleagues. I feel that once is not enough, and I'm looking forward to more such fun activities in the future."
